Does the NDIS fund nursing care?
The NDIS can fund disability-related health supports, including some nursing care, when they relate to your disability and are included in your plan. Health needs that aren't related to your disability are generally covered by the health system.
What kinds of nursing care do you provide?
Our community nursing can include wound care, continence and catheter care, medication management, tube feeding support, health monitoring, and training for support workers in complex care. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Can you work with my GP and hospital team?
Yes. With your consent, we work with your GP, specialists, hospital discharge team and allied health professionals to coordinate your care.
